Todd and Rod met Neil Hoerstman at a job fair at Ball State University back in 2019.

Todd immediately knew he wanted Neil as part of the Rottmann Collier Architects family. The big problem was that Neil was not attending the job fair to get a job; he was working for another firm in Indianapolis. His firm’s table was right next to Rottmann Collier’s table. As Todd and Rod kept interviewing candidates for the firm, Neil and Todd kept chatting…

After several hours of talking, information was exchanged.

Communication continued.

Neil began consulting for Rottmann Collier Architects in 2020. He maintains his own professional practice, but is a valuable asset to the team and definitely feels like a huge part of the family. We would love to have him join us full-time… He fits.

Neil is a Ball State University graduate. He is a licensed architect.
