UNBUILT:  Nicknamed T.I.P. for “The Italian Place”, this Italian-themed restaurant was designed and slated to be opened on 16th Street across from the renowned Tinker Street restaurant.  This design allowed for a new modern addition to a historic 130+ year old structure. It was a fun design allowing for indoor/outdoor dining and the juxtaposition of historic and modern. Walls and ceilings in the addition opened to allow for open air seating. Although approved by IHPC, this design did not move into construction.
