Denny and Cathy are far too young to be empty nesters, but this energetic couple wanted to build their forever home in the southern Indianapolis area now that all of the children had grown and moved out of their Greenwood home. Designed to be all on one level (with the exception of the office on the mezzanine above), this sprawling home was situated on a secluded wooded lot to maximize views and maintain privacy. Denny is the owner of RJE Business Interiors, so transitioning from a traditional home to a modern, contemporary home was a natural evolution for this furniture-loving couple. Rod Collier was able to work closely with the homeowners as the architect and interior designer for this stunning home!
